Sonam looks a class apart as she hosts a Charity Gala dinner in the city
Hostess Sonam Kapoor looks gorgeous in white at the Charity Gala dinner.
In addition to her fashionista image and acting skills as were last seen in Neerja, Sonam Kapoor is also known for her charitable instincts. The 31-year-old actress who since long has been associated with Cuddles, a foundation looking after the nutritional needs of cancer patients today hosted a Charity Gala dinner in the city.
All set to welcome the guests, spotted here is Sonam looking gorgeous in a white gown. Accentuating her look with an elegant necklace and a lovely pair of earrings, the actress literally slays with her charm.
Confirming to be a host at the fundraising dinner, Sonam had told us, “We end up taking things that come easy to us for granted, including the food we eat .When I learnt about the work Cuddles is doing, it made me realize how important correct nutrition is during cancer treatment. This dinner, I hope will shed light on all their work at the Foundation and also raise funds for these little fighters."
The actress has been a brand ambassador of the Cuddles Foundation for some time now and has also been a regular at volunteering for the cause of the cancer patients.
Earlier last year, Sonam had vowed to look after the nutritional needs of 10 children suffering from the deadly disease.
Speaking about her big screen projects, the actress is all set to start shooting for sister Rhea Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
Apart from VDW, she has also been roped in for Akshay Kumar’s much talked about Padman.
