Beauty and the Beast: Alia Bhatt, Dangal girls Sanya-Fatima hold separate screenings
As Beauty and the Beast released today in India, Alia Bhatt held a screening of the movie for NGO kids. Even Dangal girls Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra hosted a screening of the event.
The much awaited Hollywood flick Beauty and the Beast which stars Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as the Beast released today. The movie which is directed by Bill Condon also stars Luke Evans, Kevin Kline, Josh Gad, Ewan McGregor, Ian McKellen, Emma Thompson and Gugu Mbatha Raw.
Alia Bhatt, who supports an NGO called Angel Express Foundation held a special screening of Beauty and the Beast for the kids of the foundation. Alia looked cute as a button in a baby blue shirt half tucked in with light blue jeans and pink heels.
She interacted with the kids and even cut a cake with them. The children definitely had a gala time celebrating with Alia.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia's movie Badrinath Ki Dulhania is performing well at the box-office. Varun Dhawan and her performance have been appreciated. She will be taking a break for a few months and will then start shooting with Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji's next. She will also be starring opposite Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy.
Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra, who became household names after starring as Geeta and Babita Phogat in Dangal, also hosted a special screening of the movie. They were joined by Ritwik Sahore who was also a part of the movie.
Fatima kept it sporty in a white tee, denim shorts and sneakers with a bandana tied around her hair. Sanya looked pretty in a yellow dress with a brown belt and brown heels.
On the work front, Sanya was rumoured to be starring in Manmarziyan but the actor has not yet confirmed the news and Fatima denied being a part of Thugs of Hindostan.
