Anushka for Phillauri and Vidya for Begum Jaan on the sets of Dil Hai Hindustani

As the release date nears, Vidya Balan and Anushka Sharma have been having some jam-packed schedules. The beautiful ladies zeroed on the same day for promotions of Begum Jaan and Phillauri respectively and shot for a fun-filled episode of Dil Hai Hindustani today.

Spotted here is Anushka on the sets of the show, while Vidya is snapped heading for the shoot.

Going all bright and blingy, the 28-year-old actress looked gorgeous in a beautiful black dress. Teaming her look with a broad smile and hair slicked back, the Sultan star was indeed a treat.

Making her appearance on the show all the more special and exciting was the camaraderie Anushka and her Ae Dil Hai Mushkil director Karan Johar displayed.

From posing for a warm pic to catching up for a little chat, the duo looked inseparable.

With absolutely no time to relax, Anushka post the shoot was seen in a different attire and stepped out for another round of promotions.

Phillauri is Anushka’s second venture as a producer after NH 10. Helmed by Anshai Lal, the romantic comedy also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Suraj Sharma and Mehreen Pirazda.

Based on the story of a young man who marries a tree along with a ghost (Shashi) residing over it, the film will hit the silver screen on March 24.

Vidya, on the other hand, was seen in a green saree with a golden work on its border. Pairing her look with soft curls and elegance, the Kahaani 2 star certainly looked her charming best.

The 38-year-old actress on Tuesday has unveiled her movie’s highly anticipated trailer, which instantly garnered her lot of praises.

Directed by Srijit Mukherji, the tragic drama is slated for a March 14 release.
