Zee Cine Awards 2017: Salman Khan suits up for the big night

Zee Cine Awards 2017 as expected has turned out to be a star-studded affair. Along with many lovely ladies adding glitz and glamour to the awards night, Dabangg Salman Khan certainly notched the star power as he took the red carpet by storm.
Besuited Salman looked dapper as he posed for the shutterbugs on his way to the venue. Flaunting a rugged look, the Sultan actor was indeed a treat with his pleasant demeanour.
Talking about his big screen projects, the 51-year-old actor has a lot on his plate currently. The actor has recently wrapped up the shoot of Kabir Khan’s historical war drama, Tubelight and has started filming Tiger Zinda Hai.
Set against the backdrop of the 1962 Sino-Indian war, Tubelight also stars Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and Sohail Khan.
Interesting, Shah Rukh has also done a cameo in the film. While the actor didn’t reveal much about his role, speaking to a leading daily he said, “It was a great evening. I was unwell so we started at around 10.30pm and wrapped up at 4 in the morning, which is a regular hour for Salman and me. The two of us have always had fun working together, and shooting for the film was no different."
“Our scene comes at a very special juncture in the film. But I can't tell you more about it right now as it would be wrong to talk anything about someone else's film until they decide to do it. I have known Kabir since his college days and I couldn't deny the request of two of my friends." He also said that Salman and he have known each other for decades and are like family, "People need to realise that we have known each other for almost 25 years. My relationship extends to his family as well. They've always been like my family too,” he added.
