Shraddha meets Aamir; Is Thugs of Hindostan on cards?

Reports of Shraddha Kapoor been finalised for Aamir Khan’s Thugs of Hindostan have been floating for a while now.  Fuelling the speculation was the marathon meeting post which Shraddha was spotted stepping out from Aamir's residence.

Spotted here is the 30-year-old actress heading out in her car after a meeting with the Dangal star.

Pulling off a sans makeup look, the Rock On 2 star is seen here smiling for the paps.

Rumours have been rife that the lovely actress has been roped in to play Aamir’s love interest in the highly anticipated pre-independence drama.

Apparently, Shraddha has also given a look test for the movie recently. While no official word about the casting is out as of yet, the meeting seems to have dropped a major hint about its leading lady.

In addition to Shraddha (in case it materialises), Amitabh Bachchan is another major casting in Thugs of Hindostan.

Confirming the same on social media, Aamir had earlier tweeted, “Finally, the moment I've been waiting for has come... to work with my icon, Mr. Bachchan! Thanks Adi, Victor, for 'Thugs of Hindostan'. I'm too thrilled to be working with the actor I have admired all of my life. Shoot starts early next year, and the release has been locked for Diwali 2018. Can't wait to get started! Fingers crossed."

The movie would be helmed by Aamir’s Dhoom 3 director Vijay Krishhna Acharya.

An adaptation of the 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug by Philip Meadows Taylor, the flick will chronicle the life of Imperial thugs who robbed the elite travellers in India.
