Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan snapped outside a hospital

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's father Krishnaraj Rai had been rushed to the ICU recently at Lilavati hospital recently and is in a critical condition. Back in January, he was taken to the hospital for two weeks. Reportedly, Aishwarya's father was suffering from cancer and it may have come back. 

Aishwarya and husband Abhishek Bachchan have been going to Lilavati hospital since her dad got admitted and they had to cut short their work commitments.  

They were snapped last night as they made their way inside. They kept it simple and somber and were seen making their way outside and getting into their cars. With Abhishek was Kunal Kapoor who is married to Naina Bachchan, Abhishek's cousin and Amitabh's brother's daughter. They were interacting with each other.  

A source informed us recently, "Yes, Aishwarya's dad is in a critical condition and is on the ventilator now. Close family members from all over have rushed to Mumbai to be with the family in these difficult times. We are praying for the best."

The source also revealed how Aishwarya has been there for her father as well as her daughter Aaradhya. The source said,  "Yes, he has been in the hospital for nearly two weeks. Aishwarya is taking care of him despite her being alone as Abhishek was in New York for work. He just got back. Recently at Aaradhya's sports day, Aishwarya was seen cheering for the kids and her own daughter too. But simultaneously she was also keeping a tab on her dad's health."
