Taapsee Pannu and Anupam Kher promote Naam Shabana

“She came, she conquered!”- These lines suit best for Taapsee Pannu! The actress is on a roll, giving stellar performances, one after the other. With only a few days left for her next venture to hit the marquee, Taapsee is going all out to promote the film. The actress was snapped at one such promotional event, along with co-star Anupam Kher. Both cut a smart figure as they posed, all smiles, for the paparazzi. Take a look at the pictures from the do:

Helmed by Shivam Nair, Naam Shabana will see Taapsee playing the protagonist. An out and out action entertainer, the film is a prequel to the 2015-release ‘Baby’. Taapsee reprises her role as Shabana, and will be seen doing some lethal action stunts. The actress has trained in mixed martial arts, Judo and Krav Maga for her role in the film. 

The trailer of the film was launched on February 10, receiving thumbs up from all. Along with Taapsee, the film will see Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar and Danny Denzongpa reprising their roles as well.  The other star cast of the film includes names like Prithviraj Sukumaran, Elli Avram, Manoj Bajpayee, Madhurima Tuli, Nirvaan Bishnoi and Taher Shabbir Mithaiwala. 

After her critically acclaimed performance in Pink, Taapsee has raised the bar for herself. Going by the trailer of Naam Shabana, it looks like the actress is set to win the audience with yet another powerful performance.  The film hits the theaters on 31 March.
