Photos: Aamir Khan and his Dangal co-star Sanya Malhotra get snapped in Bandra

Snapped in the city today were Aamir Khan and his Dangal co-star Sanya Malhotra after an exhausting dance rehearsal for Secret Superstar.

Donning a white t-shirt and comfy pants, the 51-year-old actor was seen flaunting his Thugs of Hindostan avatar.

Sanya, on the other hand, was spotted inside the car. Flashing her dimpled smile, the lovely actress was later seen zooming through.

Secret Superstar that stars Meher Vij, Zaira Wasim and Raj Arun revolve around the life and struggles of a Muslim girl, chronicling her journey to become a singer against all odds.

Aamir has a cameo in the flick and will be seen portraying the character of a music teacher. His looks in the teaser have already caught our fancy as we eagerly wait for it to hit the silver screen.

Helmed by Advait Chauhan and co-produced by Aamir and Kiran, the musical drama is slated for an August 4 release.

Meanwhile, Sanya who has been interning with the PK star ever since Dangal had hit its post-production stage recently opened up about her experience of working with him and revealed that Aamir is a workaholic. 

Speaking to a leading daily, the young actress had said“On some days, we would sit for almost five to six hours at (composer) Pritam's office working on the background score. Later, we would go with Aamir for dubbing sessions, which would be followed by a meeting with the music or editing team. We would return home by 10 pm. When we went to work, we would listen to stories of how Aamir worked till 4 am.”
