In Pics: Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan head home after Badrinath Ki Dulhania promotions

As the release date nears, Badrinath Ki Dulhania stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are leaving no stone unturned for the promotions. Hopping from one city to another, the lovely on-screen pair is on a roll and has become a regular at the airport.

Spotted on their night strolls, here is the duo parading through. Donning comfy pants and a top, the 23-year-old stuck to a casual airport style as she got snapped.

The Dishoom star, on the other hand, was seen pulling off a uber cool, dressed in denims, black t-shirt and a jacket.

While both Badri and his Dulhania appeared to be exhausted, we are sure that the hard work will soon bring along some delectable gains.

Meanwhile, BKD is Alia and Varun third collaboration after Karan Johar’s Student of the Year and Shashank Khaitan’s Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.

Portraying the character of Vaidehi, the Udta Punjab star will be playing the role of a girl from Kota, Varun as Badri will be seen as Jhansi boy.

Co-produced by Hiroo Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta, the second instalment of HSKD will hit the cinemas on the Holi weekend, on March 10.

Helmed again by Shashank, the romantic comedy also stars Gauahar Khan and Shweta Basu Prasad.

Interestingly, Alia has recently recorded the female version of Humsafar from the flick.

Earlier, speaking about her love for singing and the busy BKD promotions schedule Alia had said, “ I enjoy singing although right now my schedule is crazy. It's so hectic that I don't even get to sleep at night. The idea is to reach out to everyone across the country, down to the remotest corner. Badrinath Ki Dulhania is a film that you can't box down to one particular audience, it's a universal entertainer."
