Wedding Bells: Hrishitaa Bhatt ties the knot with Anand Tiwari

Here’s some good news for Hrishita Bhatt’s fans! The pretty actress recently tied the knot with her boyfriend, Anand Tiwari, on March 4. The wedding ceremony was held at Delhi and attended by close friends and family only. Hrishita dated Anand, a senior diplomat with the UN, for six months before tying the knot.

Here’s what Hrishita said when asked about the wedding, "We kept it a low key affair with just family and friends at the celebration. Since our families wanted the wedding to be a low key affair we mutually decided to keep it private. We seek your blessings on embarking this new journey of our lives." 

The actress took to Instagram to share some of the beautiful moments from the mehndi and wedding ceremony. Hrishita took the wedding vows donning a beautiful orange-red ensemble by Preeti Singhal.  

The couple will host their reception party in Delhi on March 10 and later in Mumbai.  

Hrishita will move to Delhi post-marriage, and will keep juggling her time between the two cities basis her work schedule.

After featuring in the music video album ‘Aankhon Mein Tera He Chehra’ with Shahid Kapoor, Hrishita made her bollywood debut with the film Asoka in 2001. She soon became a name to reckon with owing to her stellar performances in Ab Tak Chappan, Haasil, Miss Tanak Puri Haazir Ho and Page 3. She was last seen in the film Junooniyat that released in 2016.
