Sonakshi Sinha's Noor poster gives an insight to a journalist's life
Sonakshi Sinha she took to Twitter to give a sneak peak to Noor's life.
Sonakshi Sinha will next be seen in Noor and will be getting onscreen the life of a journalist in her own way. Today, she took to Twitter to give a sneak peak to Noor's life. She wrote, "Hi! I'm #Noor. Get a peek into my life coz the #NoorTrailer is out SOON! Eeeee so excited! @Abundantia_Ent @TSeries @sunhilsippy @vikramix."
The poster is interesting and creative in a way that it's in form of a newspaper which truly reflects journalism. What caught our attention the most were the catchy one liners - "I'm Noor. Noor Roy Chaudhary. Journalist. Ok. Joker Journalist." and "I'm fat, I hate my life."
You see signs of WiFi, mobile and mail imprinted on the poster - which connotes digital journalism and these three are indeed the most important tools for gathering the news and even breaking it on the web. In an interview, Sonakshi said, "The film is based on that book (Karachi, You Are Killing Me) but we have changed it to Mumbai setting. I feel every girl, in fact, some boys will be able to relate to it in some way or the other. It is a likable and relatable character."
Earlier, Sonakshi aka Noor shared two pictures revealing the basics of her character’s life. In one of them, she introduced that she commutes to work by metro. And in another, she indicated that how she spends her weekends with alcohol and hangover (being a journalist, it's surely relatable).
Sonakshi has also recorded a special song titled MYL with Diljit Dosanjh and Badshah for the film. She told a leading tabloid, "Badshah and I have wanted to collaborate for almost a year now. I'm so glad it's finally happening for Noor as this film is special to me in many ways. I'm also very fond of Diljit as a performer and a person, so having him on this with us is amazing.It's going to be super fun shooting with these two livewires for the video."
