Shubh Mangal Saavdhan: Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar commence shoot

Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar have commenced shooting for their upcoming movie Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. The romantic-comedy is being directed by R.S. Prasanna. and is produced by Aanand L. Rai. 

The movie will be tackling the issue of erectile dysfunction and is the remake of Prasanna's Tamil release Kalyana Samayal Saadham.

Yash Raj Films shared a few pics from Day one in Delhi where Ayushmann and Bhumi were seen commencing their shoot. In one, you can see them perform a pooja and in another, their backs are seen as they prepare for their shot.

Earlier, before the shoot, Ayushmann shared a video with the following message. He said, "Touchdown Delhi. Will be rolling tomorrow for my next Shubh Mangal Saavdhan with lovely @psbhumi. Delhi is home for a month. For the love of the capital city have chosen this apt soundtrack called Capital Cities- Safe and Sound."

This will be the second time we see the onscreen pairing of Ayushmann and Bhumi. They were last seen in Dum Laga Ke Haisha which was critically loved and even won a National Award. 

A still from the movie had come way back in January of the two leads hugging each other while looking absolutely adorable. 

Meanwhile, Ayushmann also has Meri Pyaari Bindu this year and he will be seen with Parineeti Chopra for the first time. Directed by Akshay Roy, the movie is slated to release on May 12, 2017. 

Bhumi just recently completed shooting for Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and will be starring opposite Akshay Kumar. The movie is slated to release on June 2, 2017.
