Varun Dhawan & Alia Bhatt promote Badrinath Ki Dulhania on Dil Hai Hindustani

It seems the team of Badrinath Ki Dulhania is leaving no stone unturned in an effort to promote the movie. Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt have been spotted at various events, songs launches and TV shows all over India in order to attract audience interest in the film and its music. They were spotted on the sets of popular reality singing show, Dil Hai Hindustani.
The lead pair looked gorgeous in their formal outfits. Varun opted for traditional attire with modern tailoring, donning a short white kurta, matching pants and a smart blue brocade waistcoat. Alia too went for an Indian look with a modern twist and was spotted looking dreamy in a cream and white lengha choli with a chiffon cropped jacket to finish it off.
The pair seemed to be having a great time on set and were spotted shooting what looked like a romantic song sequence with Varun lovingly scooping Alia up in to his arms at one point. They were also spotted posing for pictures with the show’s judges, Badshah, Shekar Ravjiani and Shalmali Kholgade. Karan Johar who is a judge on the show as well as the film’s producer wasn’t spotted on this occasion.
Badrinath Ki Dulhania is Varun and Alia’s third film together and is the second installment of a franchise that began with Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania in 2014 .The film is a romantic comedy being directed by Shashank Khaitan. The film is set to release on 11th March.
