Rajkummar Rao and Kalki Koechlin were spotted at the trailer of their movies Trapped and Mantra respectively.
The trailers of Rajkummar Rao starrer Trapped and Kalki Koechlin's Mantra were out yesterday taking the internet by storm. Though there are no similarities between the plot, one thing common between the two is it's story-line which seems to be intrguing as hell.
Both Kalki and Rajkummar were present at the screening of their respective movies in the city yesterday.
While the Aligarh actor chose denims and a jacket for the event, Kalki dazzled in a below-the-knee skirt paired with a shimmery top and a strappy heel.
Rajkummar was accompanied by director Vikramaditya Motwane for the Trapped trailer launch event. At the Mantra trailer launch, Kalki was accompanied by Rajat Kapoor and Shiv Pandit who will also be seen in lead roles in the movie.
Based on the concept quite similar to that of Danny Boyle's 127 Hours which starred James Franco, Trapped has already created a lot of buzz, thanks to the shiver one felt after watching the trailer.
Directed by Nicholas Kharkongar, Mantra is a period drama which through the lens of a family portrays the struggle of people during the economic transformation which took place in '90's and early '20's. The film had won best feature film in SAIFF, New York and was an official selection in MAMI last year and is set to hit screens on March 17, 2017.
