BMC Elections 2017: Hema Malini, Sachin Tendulkar, John Abraham and others vote for their favourite candidate!
The whole of Mumbai, today, voted for their favorite candidates. All four main parties – Shiv Sena, BJP, Congress and NCP – had their own set of voters and there was a option NOTA if you think none of the candidates mentioned above are worthy of your vote.
Not just the common, but celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Hema Malini, John Abraham, Sachin Tendulkar went out to vote taking some time off their busy schedules.
Hema Malini, who herself is an active member of BJP and an veteran actress, stepped out on the streets of Mumbai to vote. She was seen wearing a multi-coloured suit.
Sachin Tendulkar was accompanied by wife Anjali and even urged people to vote. John Abraham and Kiran Rao posed for the shutterbugs after voting today in the city.
Bhagyashree, who rose to fame with her film Maine Pyaar Kiya with Salman Khan, was clicked by the lenses outside the voting booth. She was seen wearing a pink shirt with denims.
Vivek Oberoi also posed with his family and even voted for his favourite candidate. Well, there were some celebs who did not make it to the voting list and we are talking about Varun Dhawan. The Badlapur actor wasn't able to vote, but clarified that he voted last year. Well, Varun was trolled for it, but later he mentioned that it was 2014 when he voted.
