For the past few days, there has been a continuous buzz as to if or not Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara will debut with the universal mentor-to-starkids Karan Johar. While there was news that Saif is not too happy with the idea of his daughter working with KJO, he confirmed to Pinkvilla exclusively that Sara will indeed kick-start her Bollywood career with a Karan Johar movie.

Saif had said, "I am very happy to see Sara doing whatever she has her heart set on. We talk constantly and she discusses whatever she wants to and I give her my advice. But eventually it is her decision. I think she is going to debut with Karan. I am very happy she is working with Karan Johar because I think he is brilliant with newcomers and he will launch her correctly. He is a very intelligent and a passionate filmmaker and he understands films. I am very pleased that she is with him."

Well, Sara and her mentor KJO are clicked here at Shahid Kapoor's pre-birthday bash. The two posed for the shutterbugs together, which is perhaps a seal of their new working relationship together. Sara, who was wearing a black and white dress, looked lovely as ever.

Shahid Kapoor celebrated his birthday a few days in advance as he will be travelling on the 25th. The who's who of Bollywood made it to Shahid's bash and had a blast at the Rangoon star's party.
