She later made her movie debut in the Telugu movie Tuneega Tuneega which was a love story and saw her play the character of Nidhi. She then went on to make her Bollywood debut in Mere Dad Ki Maruti which was directed by Ashima Chibber and stars Saqib Saleem and Ram Kapoor.

On the work front, Rhea will next be seen in two movies. One of which is Bank Chor which stars Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi. It's a Yash Raj Films production and is a comedy which sees the trio robbing a bank. 

She will also be seen in Half Girlfriend which stars Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. Directed by Mohit Suri, the movie is slated to release on May 19, 2017.
