It's Twinkle Khanna's birthday today and she is celebrating it with her husband Akshay Kumar in Cape Town. The Airlift actor always takes some time off for his family despite having a hectic schedule.
Today, Akshay wished wife Tina in the most romantic way and shared a picture of the two and the cake. He wrote, "Your love, humour and madness make me keep falling in love with you every single day...Happy birthday Tina, never change."
They are expected to be back in Mumbai in the first week of January after celebrating New Year.
