Magik Goes Live! Farhan, Shraddha, Arjun and Purab set the stage on fire at Rock On 2 music launch

The day it was announced that the 2008 musical hit Rock On is all set to have its sequel, fans went into a frenzy. The powerful and beautiful music of the film and the amazing star cast created a huge impact on youngsters. Now, the first song from Rock On 2 is out and its fans again went crazy and had deja vu moments with it!
Yesterday, the team of Rock On 2 launched the music of the film in a concert style at a popular indoor stadium in Mumbai. The people present there were all elated to witness their favourite Magik band perform live on the stage after so many years! The whole cast of the film including Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, the new entrant to the band Shraddha Kapoor and debutant Shashank Arora. The event was hosted by television's favourite host, Manish Paul. The music directors of the film, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy also performed with Magik.
Farhan made an aerial entry and started off his performance by singing Jaago. Arjun entered the venue in a sexy black motorcycle. The National Award winning actor who plays the role of Joe, the lead guitarist of the band impressed the audience with his performance.
The female lead of the movie, Shraddha's introduction on stage was badass as she was adorned with angel wings! It looked like the bubbly actor is flying and landing on the stage. Shraddha has done playback singing for herself in the movie and she performed on the song, Udja Re from the film.
In the end, the whole Magik band came together on stage and sang the title song, our favourite Rock On.
