In Pics: Producer Ajay Devgn launches Surveen Chawla and Tannishtha Chatterjee's Parched trailer

The trailer of Ajay Devgn's home production Parched was launched today at an event in the city. This film is the first non-mainstream film produced by the actor's company, Ajay Devgn FFilms. Directed by Teen Patti director Leena Yadav, Parched stars Radhika Apte, Surveen Chawla and Tannishtha Chatterjee in lead roles. The film is based in a village in northwest India and shed light on the trials and tribulations that rural women in these areas face on an eeveryday basis. Reportedly, Parched has been screened at 24 international film festivals and has won 18 awards.
At the trailer launch event today, Surveen, Leena and Tannishtha were present sans Radhika. And to support the film, was producer Ajay Devgn, who was all praises for this women-centric project. While Surveen rocked an off-shoulder checkered jumpsuit with nude heels; Tannishtha was seen a dungaree-white shirt combination, sporting a fuss-free look.
A few days back, Parched was in the news owing to the unfortunate leak of the sex scene between Radhika Apte and Adil Hussain. The film will hit the theaters this year.
