Rustom Diaries! Akshay Kumar and Ileana D'cruz spotted on the film's set

The shoot of Akshay Kumar's next, Rustom has commenced. Rustom stars Akshay Kumar and Ileana D'cruz in lead roles. The film is slated to release later this year. It's release date was recently changed to avoid clash with Hrithik's film.
Akshay plays the role of a navy officer, Rustom Pavri. The film is set in the '50s and Ileana D'cruz's look from the film fits the bill. The film is reportedly based on the Nanavati case, where in a naval officer was tried for killing his wife's lover. The thriller will be directed by Tinu Suresh Desai and will be produced by Neeraj Pandey.
This year, Akshay will also star in a negative role in Shankar's 2.0. He has also announced his next, Namastey London with Sonakshi Sinha. Ileana who debuted with Barfi in 2012 in Bollywood was last seen in Happy Ending with Saif Ali Khan. Ileana is in a long distance relationship with Andrew Kneebone with whom she is currently holidaying in Peru.
