Did Ayan Give the Cold Shoulder to Katrina Post Her Split from Ranbir?
It was just a few months ago that Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor called off their relationship, deciding to go their separate ways. Moreover, thereafter, the Roy actor moved out of their love nest and put an end to any chances of reconciliation.
Interestingly, shortly after these events, Kat approached her good friend Ayan Mukerji and asked him to help patch up with Ranbir. According to reports published by a leading daily, the filmmaker refused to entertain her and gave her a cold shoulder.
“When Ranbir packed his bags and was leaving their love-nest, Katrina was pleading with him to reconsider. When tears and pleading didn’t work, the actress at her wit’s end called their common friend Ayan and begged him to speak to Ranbir and ask him to reconsider. But he did nothing of the sort, in fact, he told her emphatically, ‘Don’t drag me into this. You know, I am doing my next film with Ranbir. Also, I think that you should not call me anymore.’ Kat was in shock. She couldn’t believe he’d snapped ties with her in a second.” said a source.
On a related note, Ranbir and Katrina will soon be seen opposite each other in Jagga Jasoos.
