Rakhi Launches Her Film Upeksha Where She Plays a Eunuch!

Rakhi Sawant is clicked here at the launch of her film Upeksha where she will play a eunuch. The movie, which is said to kick-start today, stars Laxmi Narayan, Razzak Khan, Hasmukh Patel, Kabina Maharajan among others. The film revolves around the struggle of eunuchs in our society. Rakhi mentioned that she would like to bring awareness about the daily problems of eunuchs, the stereotypes they have to face everyday and their attempts to lead a normal life.
Rakhi was in the news recently for creating a ruckus after TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide. Rakhi had also held a presscon saying that ceiling fans need to be avoided as they lead to a large number of suicides.
Rakhi mentioned that she is happy to be working on such a movie.
