Sothern actress Amala Paul is clearly someone who has no qualms when it comes to experimenting with her onscreen image. This became amply clear when the official poster of her upcoming Amma Kanakku was released a short while ago.
In it, the 24-year-old star is seen sporting a de-glam and realistic look. Moreover, in the poster she also sports a simple saree which amplifies the traditional feel of her latest onscreen avatar. As far as Amma Kanakku is concerned, it is touted to be a drama and has been directed by Ashwin Iyer Tiwari. Interestingly, it is a remake of her own Hindi film Nil Battey Sannata. Besides Amala, the film also stars Revathy in the lead. Its music has been composed by the legendary ‘Isaignani’ Ilaiyaraaja.
