Aamir is all Praises for Neerja, bonds with the film's "Terrorists"
It was just a couple of days ago that the Sonam Kapoor starrer Neerja opened to a good response at the box office, earning rave reviews along the way. As expected, this development added new life to the 30-year-old star’s career and opened up new avenues for her.
Now, it seems that she wasn’t the only one who benefitted from the film’s success. In an exciting dev elopement, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan recently praised Neerja . Moreover, Bollywood’s resident ‘perfectionist’ also posed for a few photographs with cast members Abrar Zahoor, Ali Baldliwala, Vikrant Singta and Jim Sarbh. For the uninitiated, they played terrorists in Neerja. And their respective performances were praised by fans and critics alike.
Interestingly, Neerja is based on real-life events and highlights how a brave flight attendant sacrificed her life while protecting passengers. Besides Sonam, it also features Shabana Azmi and Shekhar Ravjiani in the lead. Touted as a thriller, the film has been directed by Ram Madhvani.
