In a rather exciting and unexpected development, Akshay Kumar recently wished Sonam Kapoor good luck for her soon to be released film Neerja. Moreover, the Khiladi 786 star also emphazised that he was really keen on seeing the movie when it arrived in theatres. Interestingly, the popular actor also spend some quality time with Sonam’s co-star Shabana Azmi and filmmaker Ram Madhavani.
Based on real-life events, Neerja revolves around the life of a brave flight attendant. As expected, its intense promos have already created quite a buzz amongst movie buffs and people from the industry alike. In fact, several stars had visited the sets when it was floors.
As far as Akshay is concerned, he was last seen in Airlift. Released just a few weeks back, it opened to a thunderous response at the ticket window. As it so happens, like Neerja, it too was based was based on a real-life event. The film revolved around the world's largest human evacuation.
