Way to Go! Ranbir Kapoor moves on from Katrina Breakup; Shoots for Jagga Jasoos
It was just a few days ago that in a shocking development, Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor decided to end their relationship and go their separate ways.
This needless to say, sent shockwaves in the industry and led to rumours about the shoot of Jagga Jasoos being postponed. However, Bollywood’s resident Saawariya recently put all speculation to rest and began the final schedule of the movie.
Directed by Anurag Basu, Jagga Jasoos revolves around a detective who goes in search of his missing father. Featuring Ranbir and Katrina in quirky onscreen avatars, it was initially supposed to hit screens in 2014 but got delayed on several occasions.
Shot primarily in South Africa, the film also features veteran actor Govinda in a supporting role and is touted to be a comedy-dama.
Interestingly, Ranbir -Katrina is quite a popular onscreen pair. They had previously worked together in Ajab Prem Ki Gazhab Kahani which was a runaway hit at the box office. As such, their chemistry will be one of the main attractions of Jagga Jasoos and pull movie buffs to theatres. And if that happens, Ranbir will be a relived man as his last two releases Roy and Tamasha could not much success at the ticket window.
