Amitabh Bachchan thronged by fans at Kolkata airport
Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan is simultaneously shooting for his television show Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi and Sujoy Ghosh's next Teen along with Vidya Balan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
And as the Shahenshah landed at Kolkata for the shoot of his film, he was thronged thousands of crazy fans who wanted to catch the glimpse of this living legend. Fans carried boards with 'We Love You AmitJi' and 'Welcome to Kolkata Amit Ji' as Big B came out of the airport.
The sweetheart that he is, Senior Bachchan, despite of the crowd made it a point to go and greet the waiting fans and shook hands with them. He even accepted gifts from few before getting into his car and zooming off.
Big B shares a special connection with Kolkata. He has lived quite a large part of his life in the city of joy. Earlier in the year, the actor even shot for his film Piku along with Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan in the city. And we are sure Bachchan Senior is enjoying every bit of his stay there.
