EXCLUSIVE! Ranveer will tag along with me (to Hollywood): Deepika Padukone

It may be recalled that Deepika Padukone was unable to make her Hollywood debut when it beckoned her in the form of Fast and Furious 7 about two years back. Since she was busy promoting Ram Leela and was committed to the filmmakers, she couldn’t have left the process mid-way.

Incidentally, during her interaction at the 17th Mumbai Academy of Moving Images (MAMI) Film Festival, her rumoured boyfriend, Ranveer Singh, who was unable to attend the event, through a recorded message, praised Deepika for her acting skills and tremendous growth in her craft. Ranveer also told her that it’s time for her to explore the West.

Interestingly, Deepika, too would want to try her hands at Hollywood as she thinks it is the right time to do so. “Yes, I would like to explore the West now. Fast and Furious was a great opportunity for me but I made my choice to promote Ram Leela. I don’t have any regrets for that since I won the Filmfare award for the film,” said Deepika.

And when a curious mind asked her that if she goes away to Hollywood, what would happen to her alleged beau, Ranveer. Pat came Deepika’s reply, “Ranveer will tag along with me...”
