Breakthrough is a global human rights organisation that works to eliminate violence against women and girls, is hosting their first fundraiser for Mission Hazaar. The campaign that has been adopted by the Ministry of Women and Child Development under the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative, had its big night today. A number of women achievers across fields of art, business and fashion took to the ramp in exquisite creations by designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. On the ramp were popular female figures with their daughters highlighting the rampant issue of gender based sex selection. These cause ambassadors will also purchase the ensemble they are showcasing and help contribute funds for the cause.
