Vicky Kaushal and Sarah Jane Dias attend the 'Zubaan' premiere at Busan Film Festival

Mozez Singh’s musical drama “Zubaan” opened the 20th Busan International Film Festival held in South Korea October 1 through 10th. Amongst the biggest film festivals of Asia, Busan International Film Festival, for the first time, had a Bollywood musical opening the fest.

The movie features the “Masaan” actor Vicky Kaushal and actress-singer Sarah Jane Dias, who are seen here at the film festival.

Mozez had said in a statement, “It is the ultimate honor for 'Zubaan' to have its world premiere as the opening film for the Busan International Film Festival. For me this film is a passion project and the fact that it has been selected for this momentous occasion makes me believe that we did something right, and I am eagerly looking forward to sharing what promises to be a terrific experience with my cast and my producers."

Singh is also thrilled over the fact that his debut venture will open up opportunities for Bollywood in eastern markets.

Produced by Guneet Monga and Shaan Vyas of Sikhya Entertainment and Metamozez Entertainment, “Zubaan” is a story of a young man who has a fear of music and is set in Punjab and Delhi.
