20 years of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai: Kareena Kapoor Khan and Varun Dhawan are at their stylish best at the bash

It has been 20 years since Kuch Kuch Hota Hai released. Karan Johar made his directorial debut with the film in 1998. The film became a huge hit and has achieved a cult status. The characters of Rahul, Anjali and Tina became incredibly popular. The songs of the film, including the title track were a huge hit. Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji’s film became a super hit blockbuster. Today, Dharma Productions hosted a bash to celebrate the film completing 20 years since its release.

The lead cast of the film, Shah Rukh, Rani and Kajol looked lovely and posed for photos with Karan Johar. Sidharth Malhotra, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Abhishek Bachchan, Neha Dhupia and other stars also attended the bash. Kareena Kapoor Khan looked absolutely stunning in a Balmain dress. She wore her hair in a wavy style and dewy make up with statement earrings completed her look. At the event, Kareena talked about Karan Johar and said that he has an exceptional place in his life. She also teased Karan by telling him not to try to be the Kim Kardashian of our country.

Varun Dhawan attended the event and looked stylish in a orange tee and black denim which he teamed with a black blazer. Varun talked about his memories of the film and shared that Kuch Kuch Hota Hai released on the same day as his father's film Bade Miya Chhote Miya. Varun called Karan Johar a father figure in his life. Karan Johar launched Varun Dhawan in his 2012 directorial Student of the Year.
