The Penthouse 2: S.E.S' Bada, Lee Si Eon and Shinhwa's Jun Jin CONFIRMED to make special appearances
The Penthouse Season 2 will also feature Kim So Yeon's real-life husband Lee Sang Woo in a special appearance.
The Penthouse was definitely one of the most talked-about shows from last year. Penned by star writer Kim Soon Ok, who is known for her makjang style dramas (long format dramas); The Penthouse ranked as the most buzzworthy drama by GDC (Good Data Corporation) for the sixth time in a row. The cast of the show recently had a table read, ahead of the second season; which is set to premiere on February 19.
According to a report carried out by Newsen via Soompi, a bevvy of stars from the Korean entertainment industry are confirmed to make interesting cameos in the second season of the drama. The second season promises to be bloodier and murkier than ever and has the who's who of the industry joining the star cast. Ahn Yun Hong is officially joining the cast as a new character in the second season. Lee Si Eon is touted to play a small but significant role with major impact. Eugene's (Oh Yoon Hee) real-life band-mate S.E.S' Bada is set to make her small-screen debut as well. Bada isn't the only one making her screen debut, Ryu Yi Seo too will also be making her acting debut with real-life husband Shinhwa's Jun Jin. The real-life couple will essay a married couple that attends a party for married couples. They are currently appearing together on SBS’ Same Bed, Different Dreams.
Also for the uninitiated, Lee Sang Woo, real-life husband of Kim So Yeon, who portrays Cheon Seo Jin on The Penthouse, will be making a special cameo in his wife's show. The excitement has just doubled up for the second season of The Penthouse.
