However, as they say, behind every successful man is a strongly abled woman and in the case of Raj Kapoor, it was his wife Krishna Raj Kapoor, Together, they had five children - Randhir Kapoor, Ritu Kapoor Nanda, Rishi Kapoor, Rima Kapoor Jain and Rajiv Kapoor and thereafter, their grandchildren - Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Armaan Jain, Aadar Jain, Nikhil Nanda and Natasha Nanda.
It's hard to believe that today Krishna Raj Kapoor is no more with us as she breathed her last at 4 am on October 1, 2018, at the age of 87. She was born in December 1930 and married Raj Kapoor in 1946. After Raj Kapoor's death, it was Krishna Raj Kapoor who became the head of the house and kept the first family of Bollywood united for so many years. Besides his career, Raj Kapoor was also known as a charming personality in real-life and his Chembur house parties were always the event of the year, every year.
