Salman Khan's Tubelight has been one of the most-awaited films of 2017 and fans can't wait to witness the magic onscreen on June 23. As it's a Salman Khan film, the music for the film has to be balanced mix of all the emotions.

Here's our music review of Salman Khan's Tubelight:

Tinka Tinka Dil Mera (Film Version)

Tinka tinka dil mera, Teri lau mein jalta hai, Jaaye tu chaahe kahin, Mere dil mein dhalta hai, Katra katra dil mera, Tere raah mein behta hai....

Starting with electronic piano and perfect percussion, Tinka Tinka Dil Mera by Jubin Nautiyal sets the momentum right. The high notes by the singer and then mellowing it down creates magic. The one thing you would love about the song is the intersection parts wherein there are strings, bass guitar and drums with a chorus singing and intelligently, it transcends to the tunes of piano. Music composer Pritam has set a perfect example of how to use instruments to balance it out. Lyrics by Kausar Munir if heard carefully will make you miss you the family member you lost and would want him or her back. The song ends with a string section and it's commendable.

Tinka Tinka Dil Mera

Sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, this version is a bit on a low note. Well, to get a perfect feel, just close your eyes and we bet, you will be teary-eyed. Anything said about Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's soothing voice will be less. In this section too, the intersections spell magic. Hats off!

Main Agar

To say, Pritam has not broken that feel of melancholic and soothing tunes. Next in line, we have Atif Aslam's Main Agar. Without passing a judgement, having reviewed many songs, there's something about Atif's voice which will always compel you to fall in love with him. Main Agar is a soft ballad and if you have an ear for music, you would love how brilliantly the song offers you instruments like acoustic guitar, bass guitar and drums. Main agar sitaaron se chura ke laaun roshni, Hawaaon se chura ke laaun raagini, Na poori ho sakegi unse magar teri kami - lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya just suits the entire situation.

Naach Meri Jaan

Now, the whole tempo of the album changes to being all happy and jolly. Kamaal Khan, Nakash Aziz, Dev Negi and Tushar Joshi are the ones behind this fun song. Naach Meri Jaan is such a song that even sitting back at office I feel like running out on streets and dance in a freestyle way calling all my friends and family. Tu mera hukum ka ikka, Tu hi meri cricket ka chhakka, Main Aladdin, tu mera Jinn, Main adhoora tere bin - lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya are fun and quirky to a level that you won't stop praising his power to write all sorts of song through his pen - be it a melancholic or a fun one. In terms of musical instruments, the song offers you a mix of guitar, piano, ukulele, banjo and guitar riffs. What else do you need?

Radio

Here comes the most popular song of Tubelight - Radio. Sung by Kamaal Khan and Amit Mishra, the song is indeed foot-tapping number and you will instantly go into the relax mode and well, the song is written such a way that you can't imagine anyone else but Salman Khan. The musical instruments like fiddle, dobro, banjo, trumpet and guitar make it worthy.

Yesterday, at a special event, we got to hear the last song, which is not out yet on YouTube. The song sung by Javed Ali is so soothing that you would not be dissappointed for the fact that it's not out yet as it's worth the wait. Tere Bina yeh duniya...kuch nahi kuch nahi - lyrics are so powerful that it will make you miss your loved one and you would want to be with that only one all your wife. Javed's high notes created an impact for all the media-persons sitting there and as soon as he finished singing, all you could hear was people clapping and appreciating the song.

Verdict: In a nutshell, Pritam's compositions and perfect selection of the singers like Atif Aslam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Javed Ali, Jubin Nautiyal and Amit Mishra does wonders for the film.

We give it 70 out of 100 on the Pinkvilla meter.
