Hell hath no fury like Kpop fans scorned! MONBEBE, MONSTA X's official fandom is mighty pissed with the treatment SBS has meted out to MONSTA X and demanding an apology through Twitter. On March 14 KST, SBS aired the final episode of their documentary Legendary Stage Archive K. This last episode was the second half of a two-part episode dedicated to K-Pop's impact overseas. The documentary featured K-pop groups that have made it big in western countries such as BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, and MONSTA X.

However, MONBEBE were shocked and angry to witness MONSTA X getting only three seconds of screen-time. Although the scene suggested that the group had participated in the full recording, the actual episode only contained the boys' greeting and nothing more. This triggered fans to no end, as they took to Twitter to trend #SBSApologiseToMONSTAX, demanding the network, apologising to the group for not including their part in the final documentary.  For those uninitiated, Legendary Stage Archive K is a program by SBS, dedicated to Korean artists and groups talking about their journey, their personal stories and musical messages they want to convey to the world.

Meanwhile, Starship Entertainment announced on March 10 that Shownu had tested negative for COVID-19 and that he will be resuming his scheduled activities with the group. MONSTA X released Wanted and Neo Universe on March 10, 2021.
