Recently, in an interview with a leading entertainment magazine, Shahid spoke about wife Mira and revealed, "I have been in relationships which have been organic, and come to understand both have their pros and cons. I feel this is more formatted and in some ways, better, People are going to say, 'we can't believe you just said that', but I really feel this kind if arranged match-making is great."
On the work front, Shahid is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie Padmavati which will see the actor in a royal avatar as he plays Maha Rawal Ratan Singh. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the magnum opus also stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh and is slated to release on December 1, 2017.
