Lovestruck in the City Ep 10: Ji Chang Wook thinks Kim Ji Won is dating someone else; A big secret is REVEALED

*SPOILERS ALERT* Lovestruck in the City Ep 10 shows us the aftermath of Park Jae-won (Ji Chang-wook) and Lee Eun-oh's (Kim Ji-won) tense confrontation when the former finds out that Eun-oh lied to him by giving the fake name Yoon Seon-a. Jae-won looks downtrodden, a week after the destructive reunion, as Choi Kyung-joon (Kim Min-seok) visits him and enquires about the camera thief.

Seo Rin-yi (So Ju-yeon), Kang Geon (Ryu Kyung-soo) and Oh Sun-young (Han Ji-eun) are equally intrigued to know what happened while Eun-oh looks on with worry. While initially enraged, a much calmer Jae-won even sends a video message apologising for his aggressive behaviour which may have scared Eun-oh. He also confesses that when he got out of the car to confront Eun-oh, he was hoping she would embrace him like she did in the past in Yangyang. Instead, she tried to give Jae-won his cameras back.

On the other hand, Eun-oh makes it her mission to get back the surfboard which Jae-won made for her. While the man she gave it to initially refuses to give the surfboard back, Eun-oh gets emotional as she realises how much she's still in love with Jae-won. Moreover, Eun-oh has an epiphany of sorts about the fact that Seon-a wasn't actually her alter-ego, but the real her which bloomed thanks to Jae-won. Eventually, Eun-oh gets her surfboard back and secures it safely. If Jae-won seemed in a bad state, Eun-oh was much worse as Geon looked on in bewilderment when she started crying during a funny movie, talking to herself in the bathroom mirror exclaiming how she was a horrible woman, playing loud music and dancing like a wild child and even overworking without actually having any work.

When Geon relays Eun-oh's weird behaviour to Kyung-joon and Rin-yi, the trio mistakes her heartbreak for not getting any clients. Kyung-joon decides to give Eun-oh's proposal to Jae-won hoping to get his close friend some work. Before Jae-won could read Eun-oh's business card, it accidentally falls off of the file. As it's the weekend, Rin-yi drops by Jae-won and Kyung-joon's office and encounters an uptight woman who happens to be a potential client for the architecture firm. After exchanging pleasantries with the trio and discussing how she wants to remodel her grandmother's house to keep for her nine-month-old daughter, the lady is joined by her husband who happens to be someone that Rin-yi and Kyung-joon know all too well.

Realising that the couple have a child together, Rin-yi smacks the man's head and reveals a big secret:

It becomes known that the reason why Eun-oh went missing for three months (When she was in Yangyang with Jae-won) is that her ex-fiance, who is the same man, was cheating on her and got his now wife pregnant while still being engaged to Eun-oh. While Jae-won tries to defuse the situation, like a ticking timebomb, Rin-yi opens a coke bottle and pours it out on everyone. When the man pushes Rin-yi to the ground after she continues to attack him, Kyung-joon loses all cool and ends up punching him.

We then see Rin-yi going ballistic while Kyung-joon tries to calm her down and apologises to Jae-won, who is infuriated while mopping the mess made inside the office. In the closing few moments, we see Jae-won go back to his cabin only to find Eun-oh's business card. When he recollects Lee Eun-oh's name from her ID card which he saw at the police station, he questions whether Kyung-joon and Rin-yi's friend is the same person or not.

Before this, we also see Eun-oh breaking down while eating pizza for dinner at home leaving Geon even more confused. Jae-won tries to catch up with Kyung-joon and Rin-yi to ask them about Eun-oh but the couple has already left the office. Jae-won then heads to Kyung-joon's desk and looks at the proposal again. It becomes known to Jae-won that Eun-oh stays at Seongsu-dong, which is where he had almost hit her with his car when she came right in front of it some time back. While initially reluctant to call Eun-oh's phone to confirm his suspicion, Jae-won calls on the given number from Kyung-joon's office telephone.

Eun-oh picks up the call and Jae-won recognises her voice but in the background, he can also hear Geon's voice as the latter questions Jae-won about her chain with the two wedding rings, leaving the latter stunned to silence. Cutting the call, Jae-won presumes loudly that Jae-won is dating someone already, mistaking Geon as her boyfriend.

The intriguing revelation in Lovestruck in the City Ep 10 about why Eun-oh came to Yangyang is definitely something that will leave fans excited for the remaining six episodes. Moreover, it will be interesting to see what Jae-won does with the knowledge of knowing the fact that people close to him are close to Eun-oh as well while also realising about the love of his life's backstory before they fell in love. Whether he uses this opportunity to reunite with Eun-oh or let it slip (He most definitely will pick the former option!), we'll have to wait and watch.
