Krystal Jung joins Jung Ryeo Won, Son Dam Bi & more after signing with H& Entertainment and leaving SM agency
Krystal Jung recently joined stars like Jung Ryeo Won, Son Dam Bi, In Kyo Jin, So Yi Hyun, and more at H& Entertainment by singing with the talent agency and parting ways with SM Entertainment.
South Korean actress Krystal has left SM Entertainment, after being with the label for 11 years since her debut with f(x) in 2009. There recently have been rumors that she left, but SM Entertainment had stated that they were talking about renewing her contract. However, it seems that she did indeed leave the label and has signed with H& Entertainment, joining other actors such as Jung Ryeo Won, Son Dam Bi, In Kyo Jin, So Yi Hyun, and more.
The CEO of H& Entertainment label recently announced via Soompi: “We are delighted to be able to set off on a new journey together with Jung Soo Jung [Krystal’s given name] as she makes a fresh start and takes a leap towards change.”
Hong Min Ki continued, “We will do our utmost to support Jung Soo Jung, who gained global popularity after debuting as a singer and has since firmly established her place as an actress, so that she can showcase acting with even more depth and take on an abundant array of activities.”
Meanwhile, Krystal is currently gearing up to star in the upcoming OCN drama Search, which premieres on October 17.
