The New Zealand cricket team will look forward to continue their winning streak in the tournament. On the other hand, India will try to register their hat-trick win in the tournament after defeating South Africa and Australia in their previous two games. Lockie Ferguson- In the three matches, this New Zealand fast bowler has managed to claim 8 wickets and has maintained a low run-rate. He picked up 3 wickets in their first match of the tournament against the Lankans and 4 against Afghanistan. His crucial bowling along with James Neesham who picked up 5 wickets in their previous match against the Afghans will provide the team extra edge in the tournament. Their exceptional bowling line-up is the result that the team’s all the three games were low scoring ones. They restricted Sri Lanka and Afghanistan to a total below 200 and Bangladesh below 250. He will play a crucial role in order to tackle the robust batting line-up of the Men in Blue.

Kane Williamson- This New Zealand skipper is currently the most reliable batsman from the squad. In 99 deliveries, he scored a brilliant 79 and stayed at the crease till the end against Afghanistan. In the game against Bangladesh, he scored a solid 40 and was the second highest run-scorer for the team after Ross Taylor who smashed 82 in 91 balls with a strike rate of 90.11.
