WWE RAW: Universal Champion Seth Rollins' MITB opponent revealed, Find Out Who
Seth Rollins, current WWE Universal Champion, will be defending his title at Money in the Bank. Read below to find out who his contender will be, as revealed on Monday Night RAW.
Wrestlemania 35 saw a firecracking opening match which was for the WWE Universal Championship, between Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins. Slaying the Beast was Rollins who clinched victory and became the new Universal Champion. The next PPV after Wrestlemania 35 is Money in the Bank and in the recent episode of Monday Night RAW, it was finally revealed who Seth's opponent will be. Any guesses? It's none other than AJ Styles. On RAW, the night opened with a promo by Seth and soon enough, he was interrupted by potential contenders for his Universal Championship namely Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio, Drew McIntyre, The Miz, Baron Corbin and AJ Styles. Two triple-threat matches were announced as we saw AJ Styles vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Samoa Joe and The Miz vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Baron Corbin. Eventually, it was Styles vs. Corbin who battled it out and AJ emerged on top after delivering the Phenomenal Forearm to guarantee his win. To end the night, Rollins entered the ring and showed his respect for AJ with an intense staredown and the two competitors shook hands.
