Roman Reigns revealed that his bond with Dean Ambrose goes way beyond professional wrestling.

Dean Ambrose's departure from WWE in May 2019, post his contact getting expired, raised many eyebrows. However, Dean transformed back to his Indies persona, Jon Moxley and made his debut in AEW's All or Nothing PPV. The wrestler was then interviewed by Chris Jericho and he heavily criticized WWE for not giving its wrestlers creative freedom. He blamed Vince McMahon for his tyrannical ways. In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Jon's best friend and Shield brother Roman Reigns was asked to comment on Dean's departure from WWE.

"I don’t think our working relationship is going to be what it used to be, but I’ll always love that guy, he’ll always be my close friend, and I wish the best for him. I wish the best for him, his family, his wife, and we’ll always be friends for the rest of our lives," Roman shared with SI. Speaking of their brotherhood, Reigns stated that he is always going to cheer for Ambrose or Mox. They have a bond that goes well beyond the wrestling and hence, it will always be the same. Nothing will change that equation.

I’m not worried about Tuesday. This weekend is about Ambrose. We’ll deal with #SDLive when we get there. #ShieldsFinalChapter TONIGHT. @WWENetwork
