WWE News: Brock Lesnar quits SmackDown to hunt down Rey Mysterio in Raw

While SmackDown superstars were stuck in Saudi Arabia due to flight delays, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman opened this week's episode with the advocate of The Beast revealing that the current WWE Champion was quitting SmackDown and heading to RAW to hunt down Rey Mysterio. Watch the video below.

Brock Lesnar quit SmackDown on FOX to get revenge on Rey Mysterio.

It was indeed an interesting episode of Friday Night SmackDown as most of the WWE superstars who are a part of the FOX show were stuck in Saudi Arabia due to flight delays post performing for Crown Jewel 2019. However, Triple H had a unique taste at taking things over as it was the perfect platform to shed light on Team NXT, as they too will be in contention against SmackDown and Raw during the upcoming Survivor Series 2019. However, before we saw Shayna Baszler decimating SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley and Daniel Bryan and NXT Champion Adam Cole deliver a five-star match, there was The Beast Brock Lesnar!

Accompanied as per usual with his advocate Paul Heyman, we saw the current WWE Champion in a grumpy mood even though he won his Crown Jewel match against Cain Velasquez and retained the WWE Championship. However, his mood was dampened because, after his win, the wrestler was attacked by Rey Mysterio. Paul showed the WWE Universe the entire match, as it wasn't too long, to begin with, and spoke about how angry his client was by Rey's actions. However, when asked to seek vengeance on Mysterio, they were informed by Vince McMahon that Rey can't come on SmackDown as he is a Raw superstar. So what did Brock Lesnar do? He quit Smackdown! Why, you ask? Because who would stop The Beast?
