The MTV Video Music Awards 2019 was held at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on Monday and it was hosted by Sebastian Maniscalco. From Lizzo's inflatable back to Jonas Brothers performing after 11 years to Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes steamy performance, BTS winning first K-pop award and many more moments have been the talk of the town.

Shawn & Camilla, Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Hadid Girls and many Hollywood celebs strutted down the red carpet and attended the event. All of them aced their respective red carpet looks and made sure to put their best fashion foot forward.

Since the event's inception in 1984, the awards night every year give us wildest, daring, over-the-top and barely-there red carpet looks and this year too it was no exception. Check out the pictures right below.

Speaking of the event and winners, singer-songwriter Taylor Swift kicked off the show with a performance of the title track of the album Lover, as well as, You Need To Calm Down. She took home many awards Video of the Year and Video for Good awards among others. For the unversed, Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus' summer hit Old Town Road (Remix) took home the Moonman for Song of the Year, Billie Eilish Best New Artist and Push Artist of the Year. Audience and viewers across the globe saw the breathtaking performances by Taylor Swift, Lizzo, Jonas Brothers, Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes and others.
