Thanksgiving 2019: 5 shows we are thankful from this year

Thursday was Thanksgiving. This traditional day is celebrated to express gratitude for the things in life we are thankful for. Thanksgiving is celebrated with a thanksgiving feast for dinner. It is usually celebrated in USA and Canada. In fact, people enjoy watching shows to relax after a hectic day. 

There are many shows people love to watch like FRIENDS, The Big Bang Theory, Gossip Girl, etc. There are some amazing shows which came out this year or are going on since a long time. Many shows air in the morning, evening or at night. Prime time is used by the major television networks to broadcast their season's nightly programming.

Here are the top 5 shows from this year we are thankful for:

1] The Morning Show 

This show stars Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. This show is inspired from the ‘Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV’. It’s a book by journalist Brian Stelter.

2] Barry

This show is dark tragicomedy. The show is about a hitman who travels to LA to kill someone but instead joins an acting class.

3] Riverdale

Riverdale is on its 4th season. But it has managed to keep its fans following intact with the amazing chemistry between betty and Jughead.

4] The Good Place 

This show showcases Eleanor Shellstrop who wakes up in the ‘good place’ which is actually the ‘bad place’ but with some twists. It is refreshing to watch a show with something other than the cliched shows.

5] Brooklyn Nine Nine Season 6

Brooklyn Nine Nine is a comedic take on detectives in a precinct in Brooklyn. The show was renewed because the fans filled a petition for the show not to be cancelled.
