Taylor Swift may not perform old hits like 'Shake It Off' at 2019 American Music Awards for THIS reason
While many heaved a sigh of relied after the ban on Taylor was lifted, turns out that the singer may not perform her old chartbusters at all for the awards night.
Taylor Swift emerged victorious from a major battle with Big Machine's Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta after they cleared the pop star of performing her old hit numbers at the upcoming 2019 American Music Awards. However, it may not be a huge reason to cheer for Taylor Swift's fans aka Swifties. While many heaved a sigh of relied after the ban on Taylor was lifted, turns out that the singer may not perform her old chartbusters at all for the awards night which are slated to be held on 24 November.
According to a report in TMZ, because of the ban there is a high possibility that Taylor may not have enough time to incorporate the old songs in her performance. Considering such rehearsals take a month, Taylor is unlikely to add her previous hits. The singer, in fact, had told her fans last week that she had been planning to perform her old songs. However, with the ban later,w e doubt whether Taylor actually stuck to the original plan.
The report also revealed that Taylor wasn't rehearsing in Los Angeles this past weekend. The singer was at her apartment in London and will soon be prepping thoroughly for the performance. Another report in Us Weekly revealed that after the ban was imposed, Taylor had gone back to the drawing board and reworked her entire performance.
