Taika Waititi revealed in an interview as to who will be the main hero of Thor: Love and Thunder - Chris Hemsworth's Thor or Natalie Portman's Female Thor. Read below to know what the Suicide Squad sequel star replied.
One of the most exciting announcements from the Marvel Studios Hall H panel at the 2019 San Diego Comic-Con was Thor 4 aka Thor: Love and Thunder. Not only will Chris Hemsworth be back as the Mighty Thor but Natalie Portman will also be reprising her MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) role as Dr. Jane Foster. Thor: Ragnarok (2017) director Taika Waititi is back to direct the fourth Thor installment while Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie will be involved in an LGBTQ storyline as she goes on a quest to find herself a Queen to rule New Asgard.
When it comes to the script of Thor: Love and Thunder, Taika spoke to MTV News to reveal that he has written seven pages so far. Furthermore, he was quizzed as to who the real hero of Thor: Love and Thunder will be - whether it's Chris Hemsworth's Thor or Natalie Portman's Female Thor. To this, the Jojo Rabbit star shared, "It’s Chris [Hemsworth]. It’s a Thor film. He is Thor, it’s a Thor film. She’s in it." No other details were revealed by Waititi and his lips were sealed, given Marvel' Studios' love for all things secrecy!
