For the unversed, the Bottle Cap Challenge includes kicking off an almost shut bottle cap without touching it with your hands.

The latest sensation to grip netizens and celebs in Bollywood and Hollywood with equal enthusiasm is the Bottle Cap Challenge. From John Mayer to Akshay Kumar, the challenge has stars from all over sharing their successful attempts. But it was singer Mariah Carey who took the challenge to a whole new level on Sunday. Not just awards, Mariah won the challenge as she performed the challenge and gave it a hilarious twist of her own with her voice.

For the unversed, the Bottle Cap Challenge includes kicking off an almost shut bottle cap without touching it with your hands. The aim is to untwist the cap. The challenge became a craze late last month and soon became viral within a few days. Mariah Carey sharing a video on Sunday wrote, "Challenge accepted! #bottlecapchallenge."

In the video, the singer neither used her hands nor her legs but her powerful voice to untwist the cap. Taking her position, Mariah placed a finger on her ear and belted out a high pitch note that sent the bottle cap flying within no time. Obviously, some special effects also came in to play here. Mariah's challenge in no time was appreciated by scores of netizens. Whereas, her ex-husband Nick Cannon commented, “Hilarious!” and singer Rita Ora wrote, "You win hands down." Mariah left many others in splits with her video.

Back home, stars went crazy over the challenge as they shared their own versions. While Tiger Shroff wore a blindfold and performed it, actor Vidyut Jamwal nailed the challenge with three bottles. Parineeti had a hilarious take on it with her badminton racket.
