Meghan Markle's closest girlfriend Serena Williams is not ready to dish out any parenting advice to the Duchess of Sussex just yet. The tennis pro revealed recently that she will hold off from giving any advice as she thinks Meghan is already the best mom to baby Archie who was born on May 6. Speaking to BBC, ahead of her first Wimbeldon match, Serena said she never advises to new mothers. “I never pass on words of wisdom because I feel like, everyone, when they have a kid, especially when you just have a baby, it’s so difficult to just be,” the world-renowned tennis player said.

Serena and Meghan who have been close friends since her Suit days have developed a strong bond over the years. Speaking about Meghan, Serena said, "It’s just like get through the first three, four months and then we can talk." She also added that children changed her "perspective on a lot of things."

Serena and husband Alex Ohanian welcomed their daughter 22-month-old daughter Olympia in 2017. "It also has changed me in terms of — I want to leave a legacy. I want to be this, you know, positive person for my daughter. Everything I do, I want to do it for my daughter and I never, obviously, had that motivation before," Williams said.

Meghan and Serena have always had each others backs with Meghan even attending Serena's games and rooting for her. Meghan and Prince Harry will be having baby Archie's christening this weekend.
