Selena Gomez enjoys a Disneyland trip with friends; cuddles with a mystery man

Today has been all about the MET Gala 2019 as Hollywood and Fashion collided to give us some memorable stylish moments. Whether it be Lady Gaga's iconic dramatic entrance to Harry Styles owning the pink carpet, it was a night to remember. However, there was one celebrity who was MIA and that's Selena Gomez. The singer-actress has been a part of a few MET Galas in the past, whether it be a solo appearance or with ex-boyfriend The Weeknd.

Ditching Fashion's biggest night, Selena chose to instead spend time with her close friends and went to the happiest place in the world, Disneyland. The actress took the casual cool route as she was seen donning a black oversized hoodie which was paired with matching tights, black sneakers, a black cap and pink ankle weights. However, the talking point of the night came when Selena went on the Toy Story Midway Mania ride with a mystery man, as reported by Daily Mail. The Back To You singer was seen cuddling with a man, who appeared in her Instagram Stories as well.

The mystery man in question wore a grey oversized hoodie which was paired with black jeans. However, according to People magazine, the mystery man in question was "just a friend."

One can't help but wonder as to why Gomez skipped out of the MET Gala 2019, given her recent array of public appearances since her rehab stint. Was it to avoid encountering ex-boyfriends Justin Bieber and The Weeknd's ladies aka Hailey Bieber and Bella Hadid.
